Comfortable, good for the price
Room smelt of varnish
I like the price and the location. I also choose Econolodge for the free breakfast and because my room had a microwave and fridge.
The reason I did not like my room was a fragrance the maid sprayed/used in the room. It was horrible! It smelled like gas station cologne. Also there was a roach in my room- but I would say the room was clean.
The location was about the only good thing I can say
not.clean, mold and towels not available and toilet leak
Very short walk to downtown and less than half the price of any other downtown Omaha hotels. We were surprised how nice the room was and how quiet the hotel as a whole was, especially for the price we paid. We liked everything about it, the staff was kind and everything was clean and in working order. Will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Omaha.
location near to creighton university, friendly staff
bugs in the room, dirty towls
Room was filthy had stains on bed and blood on floor in bathroom and shelf broke in bathroom and phone had puke all over it. The room stunk and was horrible! Left and never came back shouldn't even be open! Worst place ever to stay not recommended at all!' The staff scared us the whole time followed us around as if we were doing something wrong and not a sole was there except staff but said almost filled! Also false advertisement with breakfast and wifi and pictures! The rooms where filthy and nothing like what it says deserve my money back!! Don't stay ever ever if you value yourself so discussing!
Room was very clean. Staff always helpful. Easy check in. Easy check out. Very close to downtown.
Wifi was very, very weak. Door card kept being needed to be reset. Breakfast very limited. Overall, worth the money spent there.
Nothing that I like Just wanted to thank the mentance guy
The room and bath room was not cleaned properly when I checked in Toilet flush was not working Bed skit were not changed after last person checkout There was no towel in bath room, when I asked for it, the front office guy asking me to collect from store room A/c was making some loud bad cranky noise when I called the service, the front desk guy told me to checkout in a very bad manner instead of any polite answer He argued with me for more than 15 min in front of all guest, and does not understand what is he talking. One of the worst ever place I dtayed in my entire life
I will never stay here again.
Facilities, staff, front desk is like a police windoe. Photos show a nice reception area. Only for ahow, this area is always locked.
That everything was near an in walking distance
The bed was about the only good thing in this place! Very comfortable, if you can get past the cigarette burns on the cover And The Fact That There Was No Fitted Sheet On The mattress - just A Flat Sheet On Top Of The Mattress, not even a mattress cover. The shower head was great.
The shower curtain was moldy all along the bottom and the floors felt SO gross! Had to wear shoes the entire time. When we asked for an additional towel they said 2 per room, no exceptions, even though there were 4 of us in there! I overheard another guest complaining about the shower curtain issue and the guy at the front desk asked, "are you planning on staying?" Which translates in my mind to: we're only going to do something about it if you're going to see it again, otherwise we'll just leave it for the next guest. Breakfast was a joke - dry tiny bagels, old cereal and some fruit. Nothing hot. We had better food in our travel bag. I can't believe how much we payed to stay here! Payed only a bit more per night and had a much cleaner and enjoyable experience at the Rodeway Inn. Not worth the location and definitely not worth your money.
Arrived in room. Bathroom ceiling tiles on floor. Called for new room- 1 HR later, told me they would fix it. 1/2 Hr later moved me. New room toilet did not flush, tv did not work. Called for assistance. 1/2 he later came up, tv must have been locked from office. Came up acted like I was an idiot- see tv works. Never fixed toilet, had to take off tank lid and flush that way. Horrible! Had to stay because my flight was canceled. Next time I will sleep in airport!!!!
Everything. It was disgusting and I was embarrassed to take my son to this hotel.
Great location, nice room with all you need (iron, fridge, table, sofa, etc.)
Hearing (could clearly hear steps every time someone went by to say nothing about talking) Breakfast is just bread and coffee.
